Returns Policy

Below you will find instructions on how to return your blanket (must not be personalised) to us if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We aim to make sure that all our customers are happy with their blankets and the customer service we provide.

How can I return my blanket?

You can contact us at carolyn@nordicsnug.com to initiate a possible returns process. Each order is dealt with on a case by case basis and will vary based on what has been ordered. However to begin with, please provide your name, address and order number. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

As most blankets are personalised, each blanket order is dealt with on a case by case basis. However, to begin with each blanket must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

How soon will I get my refund (if applicable)?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
